Finished Projects
Although in its previous stage, under the name COPYRSA, thousands of houses were built and important civil works were developed, EDIPSA's construction activity began properly in 1983 and the number of houses built to date has already surpassed 2,000 units.
During this stage, the study and design concept of our developments has been the creation of urbanizations in which the integration of housing in the chosen environment was prioritized, so that the existing urban framework did not condition the design of these projects, this has allowed to plan the actions for the present and for the future of each urbanization. This concept makes possible to combine the advantages of living in the city and at the same time create recreation areas in which the owners can develop the activities of social coexistence, "creating a city"..
Gardens, sports facilities, private enclosures with large open spaces, a high level of finishing in the interior common areas and the desire to separate, as much as possible, commercial and residential uses within the urbanization. Los Saúcos is the continuation of the development which Edipsa has been carrying out in its plots situated in the Urbanization Parque Cantal, in Rincón de la Victoria.
