Project description

In Loma del Colegial street, near the ring road and in front of the water park of Torremolinos, is the Residential Complex "Loma del Colegial".

This development has 119 homes of 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, divided into 2 blocks with 3 and 5 entrances. The configuration of the blocks is ground floor and 3 floors, the area between them is occupied by the pool and gardens.

In addition the works in this development required a considerable effort of urbanization, since it was necessary to channel an existing stream in the area and provide the whole of access through a newly created street.

Construction was developed out during the years 1999, 2000 and 2001.
