Project description

In the Residential Complex Edipsa Capellania, EDIPSA developed for the first time a development of town houses. The complex is placed in the area “La Capellanía” in Alhaurin de la Torre.

Edipsa Capellanía is a project of 31 town houses of 3 and 4 bedrooms with private gardens and porch covered by pergolas. The distribution is in two levels, ground and first floor, some of them have a tower on top with open terrace, and a room that can be used either for bedroom, studio or living room.

The complex is inside a private area with garden and swimming pools. The quality is excellent not only in the materials used also in the finishing.

The construction was done during end of 2002 and begin of 2004.
