Project description

This new housing project is the SECOND PHASE of Residential Complex Edipsa Acebos, in the R-2.6 Sector of Urban Planning in Torremolinos, between the train station at La Colina and Sanatorio Maritimo (Hospital).

This construction, which Edipsa is due to begin in 2014, is made up of 32 homes, available on the ground floor, 4 floors and penthouse, parking spaces, storage unit and retail premises. This construction join the 32 homes already built in the first phase. The third phase completes the complex. It has been designed with excellent facilities, including a spacious garden area with swimming pools, paddle tennis court and children’s play area.

In C.R. Edipsa Acebos Phase II there are several types of homes with two, three and four bedrooms with special emphasis on the ground floor homes which include spacious terraces and gardens for exclusive use and the fantastic three and four-bedroom penthouses which have magnificent terraces and sea views.
This second phase is made up of 3 entrances to a single L-shaped block, located in the north-east part of the plot. It includes sports and entertainment facilities for all the phases and which are situated at the centre of the complex.

In the area there are already a range of important services such as primary and secondary schools, nurseries, health centres and supermarkets. This phase of the complex has retail premises to extend the existing offer of services.
